As a Construction Manager, I lead teams on site to build systems that benefit the local economy and the nation. My experience includes managing the construction of landfill and dairy manure renewable natural gas (RNG) facilities, food & beverage manufacturing facilities, commercial buildings, and federal projects. These projects have taken me all over the country, from one site to the next. As part of design-build, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), and construction management at-risk project teams, I keep projects on track. I make sure subcontractors and trade specialists have all the information and guidance they need to get the job done right. ▪️ Conduct contractor and safety orientations to make sure that all team members are well-informed and prepared for the tasks ahead▪️ Assist with contractor mobilization, facilitating their seamless integration into the project▪️ Perform quality control, including maintaining pressure testing records, conducting material receiving inspections, verifying construction meets plans and specifications, and completing concrete pour checklists▪️ Create progress and equipment tracking systems that allow Owners to know what stage of construction we’re in and exactly where each piece of equipment is, resulting in accurate forecasts for project completion▪️ Perform site safety audit walk-throughs▪️ Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues in the field▪️ Utilize Procore for document control to provide all personnel on the site with correct, accurate information at all times▪️ Develop and maintain 4-week look-ahead schedules by incorporating feedback from subcontractors and stakeholders, for accurate and aggressive master schedules Please reach out with any construction questions.
