Administration using Active directory.- Support for Cirtix VPN client, Juniper VPN and Webconnect VPN- Support for Mobile Community Center Bus consisting of 25 laptops on 2 broadband connections and portable sound system with 2 wireless handhelds.- Oversee all event setups and contingencies for a no fail operation. Setup and support events ranging from meetings at Charter Schools, community and Worksource centers to high level business/board meetings or fund raising events like the “Houston Turkey Trot” or “The Heart of Gold” held annually. Equipment can include but not limited to: projectors, sounds systems, TV’s, wireless mics, Wi-Fi, desktops, laptops, IPads or anything needed or requested within reason, hopefully. - Manage inventory of all sites, tech refresh, new equipment roll outs and software deployments.

Perform hands-on break-fix at the desktop level. - installation/configuration and support of software used by HHA. Answer and respond to Help Desk calls. Desktop support for Windows 9x - 07, Microsoft office 2003, 2007 and 2010. Remote support using Track it and Remote Desktop Connection as needed. Imaging of desktops and laptops for use in field. Work closely with both technical and non-technical employees.-Perform basic network maintenance functions such as user creation and assignment of rights and permissions. Active Directory password resets. Network profile moves. Diagnose minor connectivity issues with lan, routers and switches. Restart of services and servers as needed. Support for Citrix VPN-Avaya phone system administration using Avaya Site Administration 6.0., including configuration and modifications to announcement tree and Audix voicemail setup and administration.
