Worked in a combined role bridging the gap between Quality and HSE departments ensuring that products were delivered on time and in full, minimizing re-work, and ensuring that all personnel return home safely at the end of each day. Investigated onsite incidents and assigning corrective and/or preventive actions along with follow-up with assigned personnel and closure. Reported and communicated all incidents to our parent company and other satellite manufacturing facilities along with internal stakeholders and to clients when required. Maintained all incidents in a central database ﴾ENNOV & Synergy﴿ along with the OSHA 300 & 300A log. Worked as the sole ISNetworld administrator entering all quarterly KPIs, training records, and requested company policies and procedures.
