- Conceptualized and wrote the book B is for Black Wealth which focuses on entrepreneurship, business and investing with the purpose of empowering the most marginalized families. - Sold over 3,500 copies over a 3 year period.- Developed a curriculum based on the book that has been used to serve over 500 participants over a 2 year period.- Organized a powerful group of local leaders to create a strategy to ensure over 300 Oakland youth would have access to financial wellness curriculum through non-profit partners such as EOYDC, Kingmakers, FLY and many more.- Created a sales cycle from pipeline development to final sale that secured contracts of close to $80,000 in fee for service programming in a year period.- Created a public relations strategy that included local news coverage and written media to announce the release of the book.

- Created Community Based Organizational (CBO) growth strategy dedicated to deepening partnerships in Oakland and expanding regional engagement into San Jose.- Designed and implemented localized outreach strategy to develop a pipeline of over 30 local Bay Area youth-centered organizations. - Created a vetting process yielding 3 fee for service partnerships bringing in over $20,000 in revenue in a one year cycle.- Collaborated with the Development Team to cultivate the CBO partnership impact report for a funding proposal that secured $900,000 over three years.- Helped to steward high-profile relationships with donors, board members & corporate partners which contributed to a regional fundraising goal of $2.2 million for the 2024 fiscal year.- Manage 4 Bay Area school sites by providing 60 hours of curriculum training for teachers while fostering relationships with over 250 students yearly.- Organize programming for Shark-Tank style student events to engage local stakeholders and help students develop entrepreneurial and presentation skillsets.- Facilitated national trainings focused on Human-Centered Design for hundreds of educators and local district leaders.
