Hoe mooi is het als we data intuïtief kunnen visualiseren en daardoor omzetten in nieuwe inzichten en betere besluiten?Veel organisaties investeren in systemen die goed processen ondersteunen en waarvan beloofd is dat u er gemakkelijk dashboards en overzichten mee kan maken. In de praktijk valt dat nog wel eens tegen. Bijvoorbeeld omdat informatie uit meerdere systemen gehaald moet worden, er gekeken moet worden naar historische standen of vooruitzichten gecreëerd moeten worden. Wij maken gebruik van bewezen technieken en methoden om uw data zó op te slaan dat u snel uw weg vindt en wij helpen u op weg met BI Tools om de verkregen inzichten helder en overtuigend te presenteren. Binnen KVL ben ik lead van het strategisch innovatieproces. jaarlijks organiseren wij cookers voor gefocuste product en kennis ontwikkeling. Bij klanten fungeer ik als Data & Analtyics consultant en ben ik op mijn best als er leiderschap in (organisatie) verandering nodig is.

Als Business Consultant binnen De Heer Software ben ik verantwoordelijk voor zowel de projectleiding en advisering. De trajecten waarbij ik betrokken ben hebben voornamelijk te maken met informatievraagstukken. Bijvoorbeeld het inrichten van management dashboards, het beschikbaar maken van informatie d.m.v. kubussen (OLAP cubes), en informatie-uitwisseling tussen onze software en externe (veelal financiële en HR) softwarepakketten. Onze software heeft een eigen datawarehouse waar ik aan mee bouw.Op technisch werk ik met Microsoft BI: SQL server, Analysis Service (SSAS)) .We zijn werkzaam binnen de zorgsector (met name care: bijv. verzorging,verpleging, GGZ/FZ, gehandicaptenzorg). En daarbij faciliteren we zowel aan de administratieve kant (declaraties/geldstromen) als aan de zorgkant (zorgplannen, cliëntrapportages, evaluaties).Tot slot vertaal ik de wensen die ik meekrijg bij mijn bezoeken aan zorgaanbieders naar wensen voor onze standaard software. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat we kunnen (blijven) voldoen aan de steeds veranderende informatiebehoefte.

We are building to get our company to the next level and the results we are seeing so far are promising. One of my largest internal projects is Microsoft Dynamics. Now that the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is almost finished we're starting to improve the system by using more and more of it's functionality. One of the biggest positive results of the implementation is the data accessibility. I'm using JetReports to create all sorts of management, financial and operational reports. I’m also responsible for setting up our quality management system by describing our processes and getting them lean. Some if the clients/projects I worked for:Shell; - Project Manager and IT consultant for a number of intra/internet projects.Microsoft; - Developer/Project Manager/Consultant of a large incentive campaigns in Middle East and Africa area.- Project manager for the development of multiple advice tools.BSH group;- Project manager for a customer service website. - Project manager for a complete campaign for a new innovative product. The deliverable of the campaign were: POS (store) materials, (on and offline advertisement), a advanced online Flash Quiz and a mobile site. And off course all the statistics.Overall: involved in a lot of IT projects as IT consultant and IT architect and Product Development.

As an eBusiness Consultant I had two important; roles before and during projects. I’m supported the pre-sales phase by advising and making the functional requirements.
