With my fellow management consultants, I assist organizations to go digital. This entails helping firms define a digital strategy, design and implement multimodal business technology organizations, and select and contract solutions and partners for current and future technology.My background in social and organization psychology (Utrecht University) taught me how people think and perceive the world. This helps me to challenge people change their perspective on complex problems and to discover novel and innovative solutions. To find new and useful ways, creativity is necessary. My own research for the master business administration (Erasmus University) shows that employees with different personalities can come up with new ideas using different cognitive processes. Furthermore, creativity can be stimulated by empowering leadership.These lessons I apply in my day-to-day work, since I believe that together we can come up with new ways of tackling todays tough challenges.Thinking in possibilities, together.
