I designed the Digital Business Monitor (survey) to gain insight into strategic decisions that digital leaders make with regard to their digital agendaIn 2023, I approached more than 600 digital leaders and discovered that organizations that are further along in their digital journey also invest a larger part of their digital budget in activities that distinguish their company.

Implementing a new system and new processes and procedures is often a big change for employees. This is often overlooked but can have a very negative effect on the end results. Therefore, my focus is on the employees, their behavior and how they perceive the change.
