CurrentResponsible for ensuring that PCM facilities are compliant with all applicable federal, state and local environmental, DOT, OSHA, NFPA, and European REACH and RoHS regulations, drive continual improvement and sustainability programs, monitor and manage GHG emissions, meet ESG goals, and manage superfund remediation sites. Perform and manage internal and external EHS and sustainability compliance audits. Perform and manage M&A related EHS due diligence. Provide regulatory and compliance guidance to direct reports, plant EHS and upper management. Keep up to date with upcoming regulations, develop strategic planning and implement projects to comply with any new requirements. Serve as a mentor to plant EHS staff, determine their training and developmental needs and provide guidance. Maintain and update corporate policies and procedures. Analyze EHS data and prepare high level presentation to keep the upper management apprised of company EHS performance. Responsible for developing and performing corporate EHS and ISO 14001 compliance audits at all PCM facilities. Perform and manage EHS due diligence audits for asset acquisitions and purchases and responsible for integration of the new facilities into the PCM corporate EHS culture. Serve as an agent of the company and representative/liaison to external entities including Federal, State, and Local Agencies, Customers, Suppliers, industry related groups, and various nonprofit, educational, government and community entities.Ensure that all regulatory reports including Title V, Annual Air Emissions Inventory Reports, Tier II reports, TRI reports, DMRs, and hazardous waste reports, etc. are submitted on a timely basis. Ensure SWPP plans, SPCC plans, Contingency Plans, Spill Response Plans, etc. are implemented.Responsible for ensuring all regulatory required training are conducted on a timely basis. Responsible for developing and implementing Behavioral Based Safety programs designed to reduce incidents.
