Responsibilities:- Developing and managing weekly and monthly production schedules- Supervising daily production operations in accordance with the Master Production Schedule- Recording and reconciling daily production output in the company's inventory management system- Ensuring adequate inventory levels of raw materials for uninterrupted production- Nurturing and sustaining relationships with co-manufacturing clients- Planning and managing staff rosters to ensure optimal production capacity- Scheduling maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime- Collaborating with various labor-hire firms to source and recruit competent casual staff- Maintaining adherence to HACCP and GMP standards by participating in routine audits- Ensuring that production staff meet health and safety standards on a daily basis.

Responsibilities :- Creating and overseeing comprehensive marketing campaigns that incorporate both the corporate brand and individual product lines- Nurturing and expanding media agency relationships- Analyzing historical brand performance and contributing to the creation of an annual marketing strategy- Coordinating sales promotions and channel partner events to enhance business relations and boost revenue from various sources, including leasing firms and insurance brokers- Managing in-store branding and retail marketing for over twenty-five retail outlets.

Responsibilities :- Managing corporate events, sponsorships, and fellowship events. (I.e., Annual Awards Ceremony / Channel partner networking events / Customer felicitations etc.)- Creating communication strategy for new products- Reporting Departmental KPI achievements quarterly for internal audits and ISO purposes- Managing social media platforms and creating content- Managing Company website content and design- Daily tracking and reporting industry news and competitor-related marketing news for Management review
