I am a qualified Civil Engineer with particular interest in Construction Claims. I have completed my LLM degree in Construction Law Arbitration and Adjudication from Robert Gordon University in Scotland.I have had a significant 10-year tenure with Afcons Infrastructure Ltd, Mumbai, India, working initially as an ISO Auditor and then for six years as a Planning Engineer/ Project Coordinator. In this capacity I gained extensive experience, working to exacting ISO standards, on large infrastructure projects which included a Marine Project and a 3 Flyover Project.My comprehensive exposure to handling the sites from head office presented me with many growth opportunities and established me as a competent professional with extensive experience in managing, costing, planning, supply chain and the entire domain of contracts.I am a focused, energetic person who enjoys working in the Civil Engineering industry. I am friendly and positive and thrive in a team where I can motivate and lead. My competencies include multitasking, attention to detail and effective prioritization.I am particularly interested in the field of Construction Law and Arbitration and have already gained significant experience in this area including handling Arbitration cases from inception to closure; briefing company' legal representatives, preparing Statements of Facts & Claims, etc and regularly drafting contractual letters.I am currently looking for a new and challenging position, where I can fully utilize my current LLM studies and my qualifications, skills and experience.
