I have a wide range of experience in PCB project and program management, product and service management and change management. My assignments have ranged from various business development to PCB quality control services and new business relationship builder. I possess leadership talent and people management skills. I have worked most of my career in various owner type of positions，since 2010 I worked as PCB engineer in Taiwanese company and since 2012，I worked as sales engineers in Chinese PCB company and since 2014 also as foreign manager of an engineering team and sales Team.I’m a people influencer who is able to work well in cross-cultural environments and a lover of a overseas business builder with critical manufacturing and logistics capabilities. I have experience from leadership positions, management team work and steering group positions in international organizations. I've also had the pleasure of being part of several new manufacturing company roles and integration of multiple state of the PCB technologies as well as new technology evaluations and partner negotiations.
