Oversee and administer company IT and Service/Pre-sales organization, in charge of IT and business operation as well as consulting service, provide cloud computing and IOT solution（smart lock, etc) to customers(intelligent community) and project deliverables.Also In charge of ERP, CRM and other IT platform, leading the technology direction of the consulting service organization, be responsible for product development,, talent development, and planning & execution of strategic initiatives in areas such as cloud computing, IOT, intelligent community, working cross multiple functional groups and covering strategy, technology, architecture and execution of key projects.

Establish China IT infrastructure/Share service center starting from scratch. In charge of business process optimization, SAP, Voice, Network, helpdesk, MES, CRM and other IT projects).
