The position involved lecture preparation and delivery, implementing online homework from the textbook publisher platform, and creating/grading exams.

I used SAS to build marketing, inquiry, application, admission, enrollment, and retention logistic regression models for higher education institutions. I coded SAS programs/macros to improve efficiency in repetitive analyses (data profiling, CHAID segmentation, model variable selection) and used Tableau to build dashboards and reports for clients.

Installed and helped troubleshoot statistical and mathematical software for students, faculty, and staff. Led workshops/training on how to use SPSS and SAS software.
