Throughout my years in the workforce, I have learned many skills that have made me successful in my current position as an educator. I have learned how to use various office machines and software programs to make my job easier and I continue to learn more and more each day. I also have learned to be a leader and to promote the best in myself, colleagues and students. Through effective Classroom Management, I have gotten the best result academically from my students. I have learned to communicate effectively with parents, students, colleagues and administrators. I have learned conflict resolution that goes hand in had with my management style.
