• Coordinate with clients on their pets daily and long term care• Communicate with staff on policy and facility changes • Track inventory and facility needs, communicating to GM when supply is needed• Organize and run playgroups with dogs of various size, age, and temperament• Write weekly reports for the General Manger on facility status, dogs in house, employee engagement, inventory and any other kennel business• Monitor Pet Care Specialists, correcting any deficiencies in job performance with assistance from GM• Preform and document behavior evaluations on new dogs to the program• Work with client dogs long term on socialization and behavior modification• Communicate with clients on their dogs progress in training and socialization• Create and implement enrichment for non-group approved dogs• Photograph and video tape dogs in order to create report cards for clients

• Train new animal caregivers on dog handling, cleaning, and feeding/medicating• Monitor animal caregivers to make sure they’re preforming their own duties, helpingthem out when needed, instructing them on using dog equipment properly, shadowthem on advanced walks• Act as manager on duty when no managers are on site• Feed animals according to their needs, ie: prescription food, picky eaters,under/overweight diets• Work with dogs doing basic training• Medicate animals based according to DVM prescription• Walk dogs of all difficulty levels, according to their needs and protocol• Clean animal housing of dogs and cats, setting it back up based on the animals needsand adoption center standards• Complete inventory, update food boards, restock kitchens, clean and organize thecleaning closets, assorted ACG side tasks.• Monitor animal health and behavior, reporting to the appropriate AACM or BehaviorTeam• Communicate with other departments concerning housing, medications, transport,and evaluation requests and responses• Send out end of day Inventory and Notes• Give vaccines, SQ Fluids, Insulin, pilling animals when appropriate• Go through animal files when returning from adoption, foster, or transport to make surethey are cleared for adoption• Complete pairings of dogs, integrate new cats into rooms, monitoring to make surethey work and assessing what went wrong if they don’t• Assist with SAFERS and Evaluations• Open and Close facility• Show dogs and do dog to dogs for adopters when needed

• Feeding, watering, and walking to maintain general health of the animals• Observing and monitoring behavioral and health changes to report to managers/behaviorists• Basic cleaning and organizing of animal rooms as well as employee areas for efficiency• Pairing animals together safely for optimal roommate cohabitation to reduce stress in animals• Preforming basic medical check ups on animals, ie, checking temperatures, weights, appetites, hydration levels, woods lamping to ensure health of animals• Administering medication, fluids, assisting in behavior assessments

• Assist with large animal care to help farmers get chores done• Give tours of animal habitats, answer questions about care and lifestyle to aid visitors• Greet guests, set up party rooms, lead activities at parties• Staff reception desk and provide customer service to aid visitors• Open/close building at the end of day

• Preform maintenance on city or neglected properties around town• Operate a variety of maintenance equipment• Clean up and beautify village property• Manual labor like sweeping, shoveling, heavy lifting• Data entry and document filing • Interact with citizens as needed to explain work being done
