My background includes working directly with youth, their parents and providing resources to families as a whole. I have played a significant role in establishing a non- profit summer basketball program for at risk youth. I also coordinated an evidence based Teen and Parenting Program with the intent to strengthen families in our community. I have trained and oversaw facilitators implement evidence based programs. I was responsible for facilitating, implementing, expanding, fundraising, and budgeting. I have done administrative work, advocacy, and prevention. I am a self starter and I learn quickly.
