set-up CNC programs, set-up CNC tools, operate Mazak CNC Lathe programs, set-up fixtures for CNC machines and parts. Can operate Bridgeport Mill Hand machines. Grinder machines and Light and Fabrication machines. Operated Hortizontal and Vertical Mill machines. Team Leader-trained team of operators to operate many different types of shop machinery. Maintained daily production, repaired machines, worked with Engineering and Quality on many projects. Quality-Know how to use many different instruments in the quality lab and know how to read blue prints. Have been involved in many audits such as: ISO 9001, QS 9000, company internal audits. Environmental audits and OSHA audits. Projects-Have operated many pulleys, brackets, manifolds, hubs, engines for Chrysler, Ford, and General Motors on many different types of shop floor machines.
