As an Accounts Payable Representative at RPM International Inc., I handle invoice postings, vendor creation and setup, intercompany invoice posting, and P2P activities using SAP. Am delivering the process effectively by maintaining a good rapport with team and onshore business partners. I have been working in this role for an year, and I enjoy applying my accounting skills and knowledge to ensure accurate and timely payments.Before joining RPM, I spent seven years as an Accounts Payable Associate at Ford Motor Company, where I gained extensive experience in invoice processing, Auditing, Report preparation, liability verification, Defect clearance, MIS, and DPAS audit. I have involved myself finding the gap between the process and making the improvements which is widely benefit for business. I contributed to the improvement of the accounts payable process and the reduction of errors and discrepancies. I also worked as a Process Associate at Capgemini for one and a half years, where I performed accounts payable analysis and reconciliation. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from VLB Janakiammal College of Arts and Science, which provided me with a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices. I am proficient in SAP ERP and SAP Products, as well as other accounting software and tools. I am a dedicated, resourceful, and analytical accounting professional, who strives to meet deadlines, prioritize urgent needs, and maintain financial records.
