This job requires me to do these tasks while also maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for staff and guests, overseeing 20+ employees, ensuring quality standards, seating guests, serving food, preparing drinks, and performing cleaning duties, all while wearing heels and with a smile (or mask) on my face.
