Oversaw appeals process and garnered command support, and successfully swayed Pentagon leadership's decision to reinstate the user's privileges, thus saving the airman's career. - Created data gathering and procedural guidance to recover 35 work hours from a 40-hour procedure. Having been the first success of this magnitude, the technology was deemed a vital component to operations and endorsed by headquarters for permanent use. This "proof of concept" led to the mission being highly sought after by Army and Marine ground interdiction units, in addition to Special Operating Forces until the end of campaign.- Supported draw down efforts by closing down $10 million encampment. Handled $2 million information technology account, recovered high-security mobile enclosures, and recovered $330k of lost network infrastructure equipment for return to the United States.
