Weekly show drawing on personal record collection & engagement with local creatives to discuss & promote songs/artists from a wide variety of backgrounds & traditions

Seasonal agricultural work, out in the trees Mon-Sat 7:30am-5pm. Worked through the end of the season

• Manage e-commerce accounts including eBay, Amazon, & Discogs • Specialization in selling collectible media, especially LPs, 45s, 12” singles, 10” EPs, 78s, CDs, and cassettes, also including books, magazines, posters, miscellaneous memorabilia & curiosities• Oversaw auctions of large batches of inventory• Long experience using industry standard techniques to appraise & describe the condition of music media, associated packaging, & inserts• Knowledge of market trends• Responsible for mapping & maintaining projects & their timeframes, managing small teams (1-5 people) to achieve short & long term goals• Inventory selection & research, identification of key features of each item and compilation of said data, including creation of sound clips & pictures (along with creation of an associated archive), • Time-sensitive international customer correspondence & order fulfillment• Coordination of team member onboarding, training, and some scheduling• Negotiation of acquisitions and sales• Created a central database to streamline the storage and management of both inventory & data, which increased accuracy team-wide while also reducing the time required to prepare orders & eliminating redundant efforts• Identified a suitable independent contractor and worked with them to coordinate the development, testing, & implementation of software designed for bulk-listing records for sale on eBay
