As an intern on the Site Speed team, my responsibility was to develop internal performance tracking for LinkedIn. My work was primarily full-stack, with the backend involving Kafka, Pig processing in HDFS, and the frontend involving an Ember app backed by Flask.

On the Forecasting Team in the Sales Cloud Organization, I was in charge of redesigning the API and UI test infrastructure. Specifically, my responsibilities were focused around the test utility classes and how to optimize the readability and functionality of these classes. This involved deleting redundant methods, simplifying the test automation process, refactoring over 300 test suites, and writing documentation for the entire test infrastructure.In addition to work, I also raised $1,000 for Stop Hunger Now by holding a Sales Cloud organization-wide charity event.

As a developer on the Growth team, I headed on a project that studied user activity on emails. I also worked with the mrjob framework to gather organized user data.

On the Customer Service Infrastructure Team, I migrated legacy UI tests from Selenium RC API to the newer, Selenium Webdriver API. While at first a strictly iterative project, I developed my work into a research project as to how to efficiently convert these tests. I eventually influenced the entire Service Cloud organization's way of moving to the new Webdriver API and migrated around 400 UI tests.
