- Develop regulations on the arrangement, classification, and storage of medical records according to the correct storage code and location of each shelf and area- Manage, supervise, and ensure that all medical records are stored safely, confidentially, and neatly in accordance with regulations at the hospital's medical record archives- Develop a plan to store long-term medical records of the whole hospital in the archives- Monitor and implement actions and improvement solutions proposed by the Medical Records Council to ensure effective compliance goals are achieved- Coordinate with relevant departments to develop and implement quality improvement projects to help improve the compliance rate of Medical Records- Monitor and measure quality indicators related to medical records- Help translate documents from Vietnamese to English and interpret between English-Vietnamese at meetings
