Arian M. June is a litigation partner based in Debevoise’s Washington, D.C. office and is a member of the White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group. Ms. June focuses on complex and high-profile government and internal investigations, having represented financial institutions, publicly traded companies and senior executives in matters involving allegations of securities fraud, insider trading, accounting and corporate disclosure issues, violations of the Bank Secrecy Act, cyber-intrusions, and mortgage fraud. Ms. June also has substantial experience in defending against claims stemming from Dodd-Frank Act’s whistleblower protection regulations. In addition, she frequently speaks at industry conferences and publishes content regarding whistleblower protection regulations.Prior to joining Debevoise, Ms. June was counsel at an international Washington, D.C.-based law firm.
