I am a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who recently graduated with an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from American Career College. Throughout my clinical rotations, I worked in various healthcare settings, including emergency care, mental health, and medical-surgical units. These experiences have deepened my commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care and continuous learning.My strengths include strong clinical assessment skills, compassionate communication, and a dedication to patient advocacy. I am especially interested in acute care roles and am eager to continue learning and growing.I chose nursing because I believe in the power of empathy, evidence-based practice, and education to improve patient outcomes.
