Current• Main Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the below.• Follow up with vendors, identify needs, and renewal cycle.• Supervise, Manages, and Maintain the Network Infrastructure Operations that include the branch office.• Installing and configuring network equipment as per the user/project requirements.• Monitoring support for Antivirus in terms of alerts and fix.• Provide operational and monitoring support for the firewall in terms of Rules Creation, Site to Site VPN Tunnel, alerts, and fix.• Managing access and assigning appropriate permissions to ensure the security of information.• Managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.• Managing Exchange server.• Providing support to Apple devices.• Maintaining IT asset inventory.• Installation and troubleshooting of Wireless devices.• Installation and configuration of IP phones and PBX.• Managing CCTV and NVR.• Antivirus installation and updation.• Providing regular reports to the management.
