-Guide 20 freshmen throughout their first-year orientation with tasks such as settling in, leading them around campus to orientation events, resolving roommate disputes, and giving advice on major/class inquiries.-Collaborate with 11 fellow RCAs and Assistant Dean of Student Life at Whitman College to host 13 weekly study break events and manage projects for the residential college. -Work with 4 residential college staff to determine ways to improve quality of life at college weekly.

-Mentored 4 groups of 10-16 students over the span of the two school year semesters by guiding them with decision making regarding their academic and social life at Princeton University-Hosted weekly study breaks where I would guide students through various academic success and networking success activities, along with connecting with fellow Princeton peers/alumni to come to share their experience in their respective fields of study; Catered food and snacks-Discussed professional development opportunities, key events to attend, ways to approach conversations with faculty, and other ways to optimize their experience Princeton-Met with a team of 12 fellow Head Fellow mentors along with the staff coordinator, where we discussed ways to improve the program for students and devised plans for the upcoming weeks of hosted events

-Served as a Virtual College Advisor during summer 2023 for ~12 students virtually, where I mentored them through their struggles and questions as they arose while they took the summer online course.-Managed small zee group activities/study breaks online and one on one check ins with each of the zee group members.-Guided nation zee group meetings with 30-40 students in attendance, where we made public announcements and held larger scale group events.

-Served as a Course Fellow/Teaching Assistant for the course "Ways of Knowing" taught at Princeton University through the FSI program, during summer 2021 for ~10 students per cohort and was invited back the following summer to reprise the same role for the following two summers of 2022 and 2023.-Helped lead small group discussions during the seminar and taught lessons or concepts to students when designated by the head professor of the course. -Guided students through course readings and demystified assignment prompts through the Text Lab meetings that I hosted every week.-Met with other Course Fellows and teaching staff in order to revise the teaching agenda for each week in order to best help the students and planned the way that Text Labs or the class meetings themselves would operate.-Offered support and guidance to students outside of class or directed them to the necessary resources.

-Collected and analyzed data based on the structural composition of quantum cascade layers weekly and researched the different layer compositions that would best generate the best laser designs.-Refined and optimized around 500 lines of code 3x a week in Python to improve and run tests on simulations for a particular laser composition design.-Connected with other research teams every 3 weeks to discuss new approaches to tackling laser designs and discuss different ways that we could compare or contrast goals for the projects.
