My purpose is to build people’s fundamental knowledge of emotional awareness so that they can be successful in all of their relationships. I am developing an online curriculum in which teaches the fundamentals of building Emotional awareness (EA), an understanding of ourselves. Coinciding with the Bible’s teachings of constantly examining our hearts to build a culture of vulnerability in our extended family. - Completed several education courses over 4 years including Cognitive behavioral therapy and culture building.- Collaborated with certified teachers in building my curriculum to increase EA in youth and adults.- Field tested my courses within youth ministries to test the validity of my curriculum and adapted to the feedback.
