Key Responsibilities :1) Plan, organize, schedule and supervise the day to day technical support operations, which encompasses all troubleshooting, approvals and installations.2) Ensure all employee issues and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.3) Manage and Schedule training and development for all the technical support team.4) Manage, follow-up and maintain all service contracts/agreements and warranties.5)Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.6)Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically.7)Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.8)Provide technical support during induction training and in other events also.9)Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.11)Other responsibility which is given by the organization.
