Prior to this role, I was working at EY as an Engagement Manager in Customer Practice (Pricing, Sales, and Marketing). Working in consulting, I have successfully strategized and executed innovative commercial transformations and performance improvement initiatives for large (Fortune 1000) and mid-market (typically PE portcos) companies, resulting in substantial revenue growth and margin improvement. While leading a team of consultants and data scientists, I have worked on diverse initiatives such as Pricing/Monetization strategy, Pricing revamp including price execution, Commercial Transformation, On-Prem to cloud based XaaS Commercial Model Transformation, Pricing Operating Model/Process re-design, Packaging Strategy (incl. price metric- usage based and outcome based pricing), Dynamic Pricing, Dynamic Deal Scoring, Sales Force Effectiveness, eCommerce strategy, Product Market and Pricing fit assessment, and many more.I hold an MBA from Simon Business School, University of Rochester, with a specialization in Strategy, Pricing, and Marketing. During my MBA, I interned with FedEx Services in the Revenue Management/Pricing Strategy team wherein I built a pricing tool to help the team in making a data-enabled discounting decision.Prior to my MBA, I did Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering and worked in B2B sales and marketing of industrial products. I worked with two global leaders in industrial automation sector - Emerson Electric and Yokogawa- and also scaled a boutique supply chain solutions venture.
