Lead Scrum Master
Current1. Facilitate Scrum Processes: • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Ensure the Scrum framework is followed and properly executed by the teams. 2. Mentor and Coach: • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Scrum Masters and team members on Agile best practices. • Help teams improve their performance through regular assessments and feedback. 3. Remove Impediments: • Act as a problem solver by identifying and removing obstacles that prevent teams from achieving their goals. • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. 4. Stakeholder Management: • Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and other departments to align expectations and ensure transparency in project progress. • Foster strong relationships and ensure effective communication. 5. Continuous Improvement: • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements. • Encourage teams to reflect on their performance and adapt their workflows as needed. 6. Program and Portfolio Management: • Oversee the delivery of multiple Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational goals. • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across the program. 7. Reporting and Metrics: • Track and report on the progress of teams, using metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time. • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status of ongoing projects. 8. Agile Transformation: • Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives within the organization. • Develop and implement training programs to enhance Agile maturity across teams.
