The project titled “Design and Fabrication of a Multi-cylinder Piston Topping Device” was successfully completed for Simpsons India Pvt Ltd. This endeavor resulted in the development and testing of a fully automated sensing unit capable of measuring the distance between the cylinder head and multiple pistons simultaneously in a diesel engine. The innovative use of an eddy current sensor enhanced the precision and efficiency of the measurement process.
