Roles and Responsibilities:• Interacting with clients and BA’s to solve issues relating to Requirement changes and irregularities in the documents.• Mentoring and managing subordinates and freshers on Loan IQ and its functionalities, also on testing concepts and how to approach testing.• Analysis of requirement for test scenario and test case preparation.• Preparation of KT Documents for various functionalities• Prepared Test traceability through Quality Center for reporting• Creation of DSR (daily status report) and WSR (Weekly status report)Project: Transaction Banking Online Services (TBOS)Application: Transactive Tools: HP Quality Center 9.2Type of Testing: System Testing, SIT, UATDuration: October 2012 – October 2013Project Description: TBOS is a project to establish a secure and consistent online channel platform using market leading channel access technologies to enable the convergence of ANZ transaction banking products and services.Roles and Responsibilities:• Interacting with clients and BA’s to solve issues relating to Requirement changes and irregularities in the documents• Involved in Component based test design which saved us 64% effort while writing test cases.• Implemented RBT – Risk based Testing approach which defines the very critical, critical and not so critical nature of the test cases. Based on which depending on the urgency the test cases are executed based on the criticality.

Project: Domestic Payment Reconciliation System (DPRS)Application: iLINKSTools: HP Quality Center 9.2Type of Testing: System Testing, SIT, UATDuration: October 2010 to September 2012 Project Description: This is ANZ Bank’s reconciliation system used for comparing and matching figures from the accounting records against those shown in bank statement The DPRS system captures financial transactions from a host system and processes them in order to Print Cheques, Remittance Advices, Invoices and statements, Reconcile Bank Accounts, Automatically Fax/ Email documents and generate EFT Transactions.Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for Sanity testing, Functional Testing( SIT and E2E) and Regression testing in all releases for Testing environment with various interfaces for DPRS(Tandem, Weblink, Salmat and Transactive)• Assisting the team and active involvement during the requirement analysis.• Involved in designing and reviewing the test cases for integration testing.• Coordinated with various Business Analysts to design and freeze the UAT test case scenarios.• Preparation of KT Documents for various functionalities• Interacting with the clients for solving issues related to defects and Requirement ChangesProject: Cash Processing and Routing (CPR) Application: CPRDuration: September 2007 to August 2009 Tools: HP Quality Center 9.2, PVCS, SSH, SQL developer, Altova XMLType of Testing: Black Box Testing, System Testing Project Description: Cash processing and routing application is a middleware application which interacts with the downstream systems and the mediation components. CPR gets input from channel which is called ANZ Transactive via an xml file and generates the request to downstream systems with their required format and vise versa.We use SOA practice for web service testing of CPR.

Project: Change and Release management (Secondment)Duration: September 2009 to September 2010Tools: CA’s Helpdesk tool AHD’During this period I Stayed in Melbourne for a period of 45 days for the transition of the Scheduling role to Bangalore from Melbourne. This was never done from Bangalore before. Underwent training in the same and have successfully transitioned the scheduling role to Bangalore.Roles and Responsibilities:• As a process consultant I was responsible for designing new processes for internal ANZ projects – Started and chaired pre CRB meeting for each department for a smoother CRB meeting.• Process improvements for existing projects.• Integrating Service Transition, Change & Release Management.• Monthly audits for Change and Release Management compliance.• Creating new parameters to change compliance audits to meet the standard ITIL process.• Represent the CAB meetings from Process Governance team.• Process documentation for new and enhancement for existing documents. • Scheduling High and Medium profile changes.

Project: Working Capital Technology-Trade Services Application : Object Trade Line(OTL) Duration: Aug 2006 to Aug 2007 Role: Technical Analyst Application Testing -Responsible for testing the emergency fixes and patches provided by our vendors (CGI) (SIT and UAT). Was responsible for testing the Major Release that had 11 new products in it.In charge of Production Application Support – OTL [GUI] – Package provided by CGI. System Stability – Identify and monitor critical points of failure and proactively mitigate the Risk posed to the performance of the system and hence to the Business. Identify Problems through Incidents and effectively close the same through process oriented Change and Release Management processesVendor Engagement -Engage the vendor in Emergency Releases to fix critical Problems.
