Employees Attendance in HRMS for payroll process.  Assist my team in day to day tasks and support the life cycle of all employees.  Sourcing and screening of the candidates from different portals.  Helping TA team to organize walk in interviews.  Plan induction schedule, release and execute with effectiveness for new joinees.  Monthly meeting with trainees for feedback and future action plan.  Assessment & review of trainees.  Framing of L&D processes, SOP, forms and formats.  Competency mapping and assessment.  Annual training calendar release. Maintaining records. Timely reschedule for cancel training.  Designing of system to encourage training participation in training session.  Effectiveness of training modules to address the actual training needs.  Monitor training budget on monthly basis and annual L&D budget preparation.  Identification and development of new trainers.

 Sourcing, screening & attracting candidates for open positions.  Hiring employees and on-boarding employees in a company.  Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.  Organize and attend Walk-in interview drives to build a strong candidate pipeline.  Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market.  Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview assessment sheet and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders (Hiring Manager).

 Timely verification of Monthly Compliance documents and preparation of HR Compliance Reports and provide to internal auditors for monthly audit.  Preparation of Contractor wise Attendance Reports, Gate Passes preparation & cancellation.  Attendance cross verification against invoices submitted by Vendors.  Handling CLMS (Contract Labor Management System) and Time Office Management.  Sourcing different types of talented candidates through different sourcing channels.  Referring issues to senior HR staff.  Meeting with departmental representative to discuss HR issues.
