GovIQ has built the world’s first AI based automated foreign language call routing system for Emergency Management/911 departments. Routing foreign language calls to an appropriate respondent is a challenge in many industries. GovIQ develops language detections models to be used by Emergency Management departments. GovIQ's LanguageIQ software is able to identify 180 languages with >92% accuracy with <15 seconds of spoken audio. LanguageIQ is currently being piloted by City of San Francisco Emergency Management (911) Department. GovIQ is backed by Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.

- Leading a team of 14 software engineers spread globally across 4 HP sites located in the US, Brazil, India and China in various software disciplines including Machine Learning, Full Stack, Mobile, Firmware and DevOps.- Defined engineering processes focused on customer requirements driven by Lean Methodologies, Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery.- The project is to deliver a software platform for a new HP device to disrupt health industry with an ability to intelligently navigate, do telepresence, perform voice interactions, interface with IoT devices and on-the-edge machine learning inference.
