Alongside BD, I was in charge of managing our Software development team for our healthcare software products from start to finish. Given my healthcare experience, I was in charge of making sure our developers understood exactly how hospitals would be using our products.I worked with our C-suite executives to lead contract negotiations, securing high-value deals and collaborations that drove significant revenue growth and reported back to our shareholders, investors, and other C-suite executives.Joining MSI during a time when the company was looking to expand, I was fortunate enough to connect the company with numerous hospital networks, vendors, tech teams, and employee staffing to ensure growth within the company.
