Mr. Arnold D. Ramirez, MPA, has 37 years of public administration experience in project management, advocacy, and training and technical assistance with a focus on educational programs for at-risk children and youth. Mr. Ramirez’ other experiences include grants management/administration, contract negotiations, community partnerships, governance, fiscal management, program planning/development, human resource management, community assessment, local, state and federal level project compliance and delivery, as well as supervision of project staff and activities. With over 28 years of working with municipalities and colleges, Mr. Ramirez has a successful combination of administrative experiences and expertise working with diverse aspects of the educational community. Mr. Ramirez is currently a Project Manager I (Grantee Specialist) for the AI-AN Technical Assistance Network with Family Health International, Development 360 (FHI360). Mr. Ramirez recently served as the Assistant Director for the Head Start National Center on Program Management and Fiscal Operations for FHI 360.
