As the Commander of the Major Crimes Division at Louisville Metro Government, I oversee the Homicide, Robbery, Special Victims, Crimes against Children, Fugitive, Victim Services, Crimes against Property, and Forensic Investigation units. With over 20 years of law enforcement experience, I have developed a strong expertise in operations management, crisis communication, and critical incident management. I am passionate about enhancing public safety, delivering justice, and serving the community with integrity and professionalism.In my current and previous roles, I have demonstrated a track record of success in leading, collaborating, planning, executing, and managing large-scale events and complex sensitive investigations. I have also been instrumental in developing organizational initiatives and policies, managing budgets, and fostering productive relationships with external federal, state, and local agencies.
