Account Director & Team Leader
Current- Continue to personally run strategic accounts totaling more than $50K in monthly revenue- Manage a team of up to 7 account management staff collectively responsible for 40+ accounts and over $300K in monthly revenue- Am responsible for training, management, and evaluation of team members- Serve as primary advisor and conduct periodic reviews for all team member accounts- Provide strategic and creative consultations, both formally and informally, to all account managers (even non-team members) facing unique client challenges- Work with senior management and business development teams to ensure that organizational needs are met
