- Worked on SpotDraft Clickthrough, a platform that empowers Legal and Sales teams to collect consent over standard terms with a single click, streamlining the consent acquisition process.- Managed the end-to-end development of SpotDraft's native e-signature tool, enabling users to send contracts for signing efficiently. Led the development of features such as OTP verification and Contract link expiration. Additionally worked on quality-of-life improvement such as reducing the number of errors in the signing workflow on SpotDraft.- Oversaw multiple e-signing integrations, including DocuSign and Aadhaar eSign, improving their overall functionality(eg:- Advanced Electronic Signatures) and user satisfaction.- Led the effort to revamp the SpotDraft's existing Slack Notification to improve the collaboration between different teams over a contract.- Built Legal Hub, a content management system that allows legal teams to independently publish and manage online terms, reducing dependency on other departments and accelerating online legal document workflows.- Streamlined the help center article writing using generative AI which resulted in saving some money for my organization.- Optimized the application's core workflow funnel, increasing time efficiency by 30% by reducing the time required to send out contracts for signing.- Collaborated on multiple integrations with CRM (Salesforce) and HRMS (Greenhouse) platforms, enhancing the functionality of our CLM tool and providing seamless user experiences across systems.
