Passionate about innovation and mechanical design engineering. It is the common denominator in my 2+ years of experience across the aerospace, automotive, and nuclear industries. 🚀 My journey began with the Canadian Space Agency - as part of a student design project in collaboration with Queen’s University. The project spanned 4 months where I worked on an innovative thermodynamic solution to deploy a radiator on the surface of the moon. 🚙 I then worked at General Motors as a Summer Student, exploring mechanical cross braces for Cadillac's first battery electric vehicle, the Lyric. ☢️ Completed a 14-month Professional Engineering Year internship at Ontario Power Generation. I worked on ensuring the design of North Americas First-of-a-Kind Small Modular Reactor is in alignment with the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission.🚄 In school, I have an additional 3 years of experience growing my proficiency in mechanical CAD/FEA, prototyping, physical assembly, testing, and iteration as suspension and levitation manager at the Queen's Hyperloop Design Team. I thrive on challenging the industry status quo.
