Property Officer
Current- Provide high level customer service including responding to enquiries from members of the public, prospective applicants, and existing clients.
- Undertake research, analysis, investigation and evaluation across a broad range of land and property management issues and follow through to act on decisions (as directed), in accordance with relevant legislative.
- Investigate, assess and make recommendations on land applications and submissions.
- Liaise with local and other government Agencies and private sector stakeholders and assist in negotiating or resolving conflicting stakeholder issues.
- Provide accurate advice and information on a diverse range of issues to senior managers.
- Prepare documentation including, but not limited to, Ministerial briefing papers, reports, correspondence, Crown law instructions for sale contracts and lease and licence agreements.
