 Successfully lead and implemented transportation logistics to solutions for 15 new customers across various industry verticals with a total yearly freight spent of $882M translating to yearly transportation management revenues $8.9M. Major customer accounts included: Campbell’s Soup Company, Welch’s, Kellogg’s, LMS Logistics, Superior Essex, and Baker Hughes Chemicals among others. Successfully managed the IT Transportation Management Systems (TMS) migration and business processes re-engineering of 11 customer accounts ($120M yearly freight spent) acquired through 3PL company acquisitions resulting on $950K of additional yearly revenues. Significantly contributed to the design of the Transplace transportation optimization engine which is currently implemented across 18 major accounts, resulting on yearly customer transportation savings of $24M. Responsible for managing the largest on-going IT TMS migration and process re-engineering of a recent large 3PL company acquisition including 44 customer accounts, amounting to yearly transportation management revenues $7.5M. Responsible for mentoring a team of 4 Project Managers/Business Analysts and ensuring new accounts are implemented using industry standard best practices
