Made major improvements to the company’s information systems including finance, academic support, attendance management and course conduct. Coordinated with top management, outside groups, and IT personnel to make significant system changes to support important process improvement efforts. This work created sustained productivity gains that have enabled the company to grow on revenue without incurring new hiring expenses. Achieved much better service for our customers. Designed, implemented and maintained the following systems: Automated education credit system, Integration with LMS, Electronic CE filing, Custom budgeting system, Shopping cart customization and integration, Document archival system (10+ million documents), Custom task management, Custom ordering system and Education credit system; Using Oracle RDBMS, C# and Omnis 7(Legacy) as our technology base.

Developed the sales compensation system for Williams Telecommunications. This software supported 40 different contractual compensation mechanisms and resolved significant difficulties with their previous system. The project included safe migration of existing data using Omnis 7 as the client and Oracle on the backend. As a result, our client requested my services for a new sales compensation system with renewed success.Developed and led a new general administration system for The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Rescued a failing project and transformed it to a successful implementation. Resolved the previous system’s Y2K compliance problems. Built a semi-automatic migration tool for a general accounting system from a proprietary database technology to an Oracle database. Managed communication between the customer and programmers, prioritizing and balancing expectations.
