Being the acting Assistant Operations Manager in October 2016, I take over the restaurant business and operation of The French Window. At the same time, I keep in-charge of the group restaurants’ wine and beverage business.

Being promoted to the Project Executives position in June 2015 and Senior Project Executives in January 2016, I started to change my focus from F&B operation to F&B business development including 1.)Communicating and negotiating with landlord for potential site, 2.) Working with oversea partners for any franchise or joint venture opportunities, 3.) Building and creating own brand, and 4.) Preparing feasibility study for any new projects. Apart from the task of business development, I am also in-charge of the group restaurants’ wine and beverage business.

I joined Miramar Group as the Management Associate in F&B division in November 2013. Working as a chef and restaurant manager at Cuisine Cuisine and The French Window for 18 months strengthened my skill and knowledge of a stand-alone restaurant operation which is a totally different experience compared to my hotel background.

I started my F&B career at Grand Hyatt HK as a Management Trainee. By having intensive on-the-job training at Grand Café, One Harbour Road and Grand Hyatt Steakhouse, this exposure groomed me to become the Team Leader at Grand Café. Before leaving Grand Hyatt, I was the acting assistant manager at the Grill overlooking the restaurant operation.
