Software upgrade to 64-bit project for Government project: -• Analysed the system utilization under 32-bit software and projected the resource requirements under 64-bit software• Installed the required software including IBM WebSphere application server, IBM Portal server, DB2, IBM HTTP server, Oracle, IBM Directory Server, ClearCase, ClearQuest, Cognos BI and Cognos PowerPlay. • Retrieved the software configuration of existing system and applied the related configuration in 64-bit software platform.• Performed in-place-upgrade for DB2 Content Manger and IBM Process Server • Arranged data migration and Integrated above software in single-sign-on environment• Upgraded maintenance scripts, documents and project plan.

System upgrade project for Securities group: -• Built up the Active-Active filesystem for Oracle DB service by GPFS• Configured the Active-Passive high availability environment for Oracle DB by HACMP• Integrated the IBM SVC and SAN storage including XIV, IBM DS5020 and Hitachi Enterprise-level storage USP V to form a virtualized SAN storage farm.• Provided the on-going support for the OS and cluster software upgrade
