I provide technical guidance to end-users and internal teams, ensuring they maximize the benefits of Oracle Cloud products and services.In my role, I troubleshoot and resolve support requests related to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS, PaaS), while maintaining accurate documentation of issues and solutions using our ticketing system. For more complex challenges, I coordinate with Oracle Support, consulting partners, or internal teams to ensure timely resolution.I am also responsible for developing and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
