Budget Manager - Capital Improvement Program
CurrentServe as budget manager for the development of the City’s 10-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP).- Manage the development of the City’s complement of capital projects, which includes over 150 active projects and represents $2.1 Billion of expenditures over the next ten years- Develop long-term forecasting of City borrowing related to capital expenditures, and serves on team that develops materials and presentations to credit rating agencies- Provide staff support for the CIP Steering Committee, the City’s policy decision-making body which recommends a balanced CIP recommendation to the City Manager- Represent Office of Management and Budget on various City work groups and committees, which have capital budget implications- Coordinate responses to inquiries from the public and City Council, related to capital projects or the capital budget in generalServe as staff liaison to the City's citizen Budget and Fiscal Affairs Advisory Committee.
