For example, modeling/mapping entire career/compensation of a Police Officer as compared to a similar Police Officer in the external labor market.-Conducting financial analysis to determine budget impact and financial viability of compensation policies and proposals.-Creating and curating online/electronic tools to assist employees and managers in decision making, such as choosing benefits/health care packages, forecasting ‘take home’ pay and conducting annual performance appraisals.-Creating communications/presentations of City compensation issues to a variety of audiences (i.e. Employee Groups, Department Heads, City Manager and City Council).-Using and managing large data sets from City’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to analyze and understand City workforce trends, demographics and other Citywide compensation issues.
