Process Delivery Specialist
CurrentJob Responsibilities: Reporting Analyst• Responsible for handling the accounts payable and receivable reporting process.• Monitor and enforce compliance with AP and AR SLAs to ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and receivables.• Conduct regular Aging Analysis for both AP and AR to identify overdue payments, outstanding invoices, and potential cash flow challenges.• Collaborate with AP and AR teams, as well as other departments, to gather data and reporting requirements.• Maintaining the two towers aging and SLA calculations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.• Generate regular reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas requiring attention to drive informed decision-making.• Analyze customer payment patterns and collaborate with the collection team to prioritize and initiate collection activities of AR.• Identify opportunities implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and accelerate reporting timelines using FMEA, VSM, and Lean Tools.• Utilize reporting tools such as [Power BI, Power Point, Excel] to create detailed financial reports AP and AR.• Performing new Adhoc reporting requests as per the client's requirement.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of AP and AR reporting processes
