Create new partnerships and support management in any other possible ways. Communicate effectively and keep ahead of all direct marketing efforts to ensure timely and smooth execution. Responsible for social media, event marketing and planning for all four businesses. Provide art direction and manage all creatives.

Support property manager and maintenance to ensure apartments, common areas and grounds are well maintained. Responsible for all invoices, accounting, social media and month end reporting. Exceed expectations for following up with prospects. Coordinate all move-ins and move-outs and focus on resident retention. Winner of company wide leasing contest Summer 2013 and directly contributed to RAMMY award in best social media for Hopper Lofts.
