Responsible for providing second level support for network security operations including Firewalls, Proxys, Mail gateways, VPNs for the different global customers of Wipro Limited in a shared security operations structure.Responsibilities –• Provide services according to the different service agreements for a set of more than 65 customers in different time zones and respective set of security devices and respective vendors.• Recommend Network Security solutions, working with third parties (as applicable), based on respective customer requirements and respective OEMs based on Wipro Knowledge.• Manage and implement configuration of Firewalls, Proxy etc.• Perform Network Firewall BAU activities including security policy configurations and validations. • Perform BAU activities on Proxy, Load Balancers etc• Identify, test, and Resolve compatibility issues between firmware/Software versions• Provide recommendations for improvements or remediation based on annual health check results• Support audit activities by providing necessary resources, reports and data• Perform troubleshooting for Incidents and Problems relating to the Firewalls, Proxy, Load Balancers • Comply with different customer security policies, standards and regulations.• Make and implement approved recommendations to improve policies, standards and regulations, based on the respective customers and respective device manufacturers.• Performing the RCA for any outages related to Firewalls, Proxy, Load Balancers etc.

Responsible for second level support for Allianz Global Network Infrastructure supporting Network Security areas including Firewall, Proxy, VPN.Responsibilities –• Systems operations and maintenance of security and DMZ complexes of Allianz.• Maintenance of Checkpoint Firewalls, and related management systems and operating procedures, implementation of changes on Firewalls, Creating Security Policies/Rules and NAT Policies as per the company rules and customer requirements.• Handling escalation calls, troubleshooting and resolution of security issues on behalf of customer analyst’s requirements, complex or difficult problems as needed, or collaborate with other team members keeping SLA for all high severity incidents (SEV 1, SEV 2 and SEV 3) by taking the complete ownership until the issue is resolved.• 2Nd level support, including manufacturer contact, advising Allianz clients, escalating and working with product vendors for unresolved issues and following up with them till the resolution of the issues.• Performing Life cycle upgrade for Firewall devices.• Internal team dispatching of tasks, incident tickets, service and change requests, group mailboxes, and customer requests Raising and Implementing Change Control, Preparing knowledge base for all the change, incidents resolved. Preparing SOP (Standard Operations Procedures) and sharing it with customer and internal Teams for the resolved issues.• Contributing to the internal knowledge base, serving in the on-call rotation works within a global analysis 24x7x365 team to further support the timely delivery of monitoring services and support across multiple customers in different geographies across the globe.• Incident and change management within the aforementioned Infrastructure areas.• Business support for all topics related to the firewall complexes and their use for internal and external customers.• Documentation of infrastructures, procedures and processes.
